By accessing or using LOCASTTA (Lottery Analysis & Forecast System), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

LOCASTTA provides lottery draw data analysis, pattern comparison, and forecast tools for entertainment and informational purposes. The platform records historical draw results and offers server-side statistical analysis over verified data.

3. No Guarantee of Results

All forecasts, predictions, patterns, and analyses provided by LOCASTTA are generated by algorithms operating on historical data. They do not guarantee future outcomes. Lottery draws are random events and no system can predict them with certainty.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. One account per person; duplicate accounts may be suspended.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape data or interact with the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system
• Re-distribute LOCASTTA content commercially without written permission
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, interfaces, algorithms, and design elements of LOCASTTA are the intellectual property of the platform. Historical draw data is sourced from publicly available records.

7. Limitation of Liability

LOCASTTA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of or reliance on information provided by this service, including financial losses related to lottery participation.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ghanaian courts.
